What we are looking for:

EBS is looking for a skilled software engineer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing RESTful services with Java. You will be working with top engineers from all over the world in an agile environment.

You are an ideal candidate if:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience working with Java 5+.
Experience with building RESTful API with Spring framework.
Experience with integration with RDBMS (e.g. MySQL / PostgreSQL).
Experience with Git.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Track record of delivering projects on time.

Impress us further with:

Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline.
You write tests for your own code with JUnit and Mockito.
You have used JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
You are aware of common design patterns.
Track record of working well with team members and knowing when to ask for help.
Show us your backend skills from your projects on Github.

What you’ll get to do:

Develop RESTful API from the given spec, implement the logic, and integrate with the DB.
Write unit / integration / functional tests of your code.
Work with UI and DevOps engineers to ensure end-to-end delivery of your work.
Help troubleshoot production issues.
