Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our mobile phone sales operations in an assigned region of Bangladesh. The RSM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading a regional sales team, and driving revenue growth by expanding market share and ensuring excellent channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with company goals.
· Manage and support a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and retail/distribution partners.
· Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure strong market penetration by building effective distributor and retailer networks.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and gather competitive intelligence.
· Implement brand and trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility.
· Provide coaching, training, and development for the regional team.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior leadership.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mobile handset or FMCG industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and ERP tools is an advantage.
Preferred Locations:
Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, or Mymensingh — with flexibility to relocate based on operational requirements.
