We specialize in the assembly and sales of mobile phones, accessories, and small medical gadgets, delivering innovative, affordable, and reliable tech solutions to consumers and healthcare markets. As we scale our presence nationally and regionally, we are looking for a high-impact Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our Marketing, Sales (Traditional & Online), and Customer Support divisions under a unified growth strategy.
Position Summary
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer experience, and revenue performance across all channels. This cross-functional leadership role includes oversight of Marketing & Branding, Traditional Retail and Distribution Sales, Online/Digital Sales, and Customer Support. The CMO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to position Billion10 as a household name in tech and health-tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Define and execute an integrated Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to long-term vision, innovation, and growth planning.
- Align product, brand, and customer strategies across departments to ensure consistency and impact.
Marketing & Branding
- Build a powerful and distinctive brand identity for Billion10 in the consumer electronics and medical gadgets space.
- Oversee all branding efforts, including advertising (ATL/BTL), digital marketing, trade marketing, content creation, PR, and events.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and regional market entries.
Traditional & Retail Sales
- Manage and grow traditional offline sales channels including dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Set and monitor sales targets, regional sales strategies, and field force performance.
- Drive demand generation and trade promotions across physical retail networks.
- Online & Digital Sales Oversee e-commerce strategy across own platform and third-party marketplaces.
- Lead digital performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid social), conversion optimization, and customer journey enhancements.
- Partner with product and tech teams to align digital product listings, UX, and inventory with sales goals.
Customer Support & Experience
- Build a high-performing customer support team to handle after-sales service, product queries, and technical issues. Oversea all ‘Care Points” across the country.
- Develop systems for tracking and improving customer satisfaction (CSAT), NPS, and retention metrics.
- Integrate support operations with CRM, sales, and feedback loops to enhance product and service quality.
- Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and R&D to ensure seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.
- Introduce and manage technology tools for CRM, sales tracking, marketing automation, and customer service efficiency.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. However, Bachelor degree will be accepted with relevant experince for exceptional candidates.
- 10+ years of experience in senior roles in marketing, sales, or commercial leadership, preferably in mobile, consumer electronics, or medical devices.
- Prior experience managing diverse teams across marketing, sales, and customer support.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of the Bangladeshi tech market, consumer buying behavior, and channel dynamics.
- Strong command of digital and traditional marketing strategies and tools.
- Proven ability to drive sales and revenue while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Preferred Experience working with both B2B and B2C business models.
- Prior leadership in launching or scaling a brand in emerging markets.
- Familiarity with compliance and service protocols related to electronics and health-tech products.
