Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and manage a network of distributors, retailers, and sales agents.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends; report findings to management.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility at outlets.
- Ensure prompt resolution of distributor and retailer issues.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely stock replenishment.
- Train and supervise a team of Sales Representatives (if applicable).
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in mobile phones, electronics, or FMCG ; 5–8 years for ASM role.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
