Job Summary:

The Assistant Distribution Manager will support the Distribution Manager in overseeing the end-to-end distribution operations for mobile devices. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely delivery of products, strong distributor relationships, and seamless coordination across logistics, sales, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily distribution operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery to distributors and retailers.
• Monitor distributor performance, address operational issues, and maintain high service levels.
• Analyze sales and stock data to forecast demand and optimize inventory allocation.
• Support the on-boarding and training of new distributors and channel partners.
• Implement and monitor adherence to company distribution policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing return logistics, damaged goods, and warranty replacements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align distribution plans with market demand.
• Generate reports on distribution KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in distribution activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in the telecom or electronics industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
